Account Verification
After successfully signing up on our platform, you’ll need to sign in and complete your account and financial details. Once submitted, our team will verify the information. Upon approval, you’ll unlock additional features, such as adding services, team members, bookings, and branches.
Services
You can add the services you offer by specifying their category, price, and details. Additionally, you have the option to provide peak-off discounts on these services.
Bookings
In the bookings section, you can view all user bookings, categorized as confirmed, cancelled, completed, or expired. A booking becomes expired if the date passes without being completed or cancelled. You can also book services for customers added under the "Customer" section.
Location
Add and manage the details of your stores across different locations.
Team Members
You can add team members and assign them to specific locations. You can also manage their working hours based on your store’s opening hours and days. Once a team member is added, they’ll receive login credentials for their account, which they can access through the same application. Team members will have limited access, seeing only their profile, bookings, and calendar.
Team members can view only the bookings assigned to them. They also have the option to cancel or complete bookings, but to complete a booking, they’ll need the code sent to the customer.
SOS Feature
This feature is available to team members and can be used in situations where they feel something is wrong or dangerous at the customers location. A double-tap on the SOS icon will immediately call the vendor.
Calendar
All bookings can be viewed in the calendar section. You can assign bookings to team members from here. Additionally, if a team member is unavailable, either the vendor or the team member can block off their time from the calendar.
Review and Rating
In this section, you can view reviews and ratings submitted by users after their visits. These reviews and ratings are verified by the Sura360 team, and only verified ones are displayed.
Payout
Here, businesses can view their sales history, including total sales, Sura360’s commission, and net payouts by month. You can also view daily transaction details.
Live Tracking
Vendors can track team members who are providing services at customer locations, as well as those who have triggered the SOS request.
Sale Dashboard
Gain insights with a visual representation of your real-time sales data. Our sale dashboard provides you with the information you need to make informed business decisions and track your progress.
